Incoming Mail:
30 pieces of mail per month are included in your plan. Each additional item costs €0.50c. Regular mail only / no oversized packages.
As each item arrives we send you a notification with an image of the front envelope. You then tell us how you would like it managed.
Optional Open & Scan:
Scanning costs €0.50c per page with a max of 30 pages per item
At your request we will open and scan the contents of a specific piece of mail and send it to you.
Optional Forwarding:
Mail forwarding costs €5 per item plus postage
At your request we will forward a piece of mail to you.
Physical Storage:
After 30 days storage a fee of €0.25c per item per day will apply. To avoid storage costs opt for forwarding, collection or shredding.
30 days mail storage is included. After that you can collect, have it forwarded or discarded.
Telephone Answering:
Add a landline number with professional call answering in your company name from €55/month.
