Member Spotlight – Wojciech Zdanowski, SyncQuota

In this month’s Member Spotlight, we catch up with Wojciech Zdanowski, founder of SyncQuota and a driving force behind smarter sales strategies for SaaS companies. Originally from Poland and now proudly rooted in Dublin, Wojciech shares how discipline, focus, and a no-nonsense approach have shaped his journey as a founder. From solving pipeline challenges to scaling outbound sales, he offers sharp insights into entrepreneurship—and reminds us that in business, momentum always beats perfection.

So tell us about yourself and what led you to set up in business ?

My name is Wojciech Roman Zdanowski, and I’m the founder of SyncQuota. I’m originally from Poland but have called Dublin home for several years now and let’s just say, I’ve picked up more than a taste for strong tea and straight talk. I founded SyncQuota to tackle a problem of skilled sales teams spending most of the week chasing prospects who were never going to buy. Far too much effort; far too little return. It was a constant drain on talent, time, and morale and frankly, I knew it could be done better.

What are the types of services that you you provide and what problems that you solve for your customers?

At SyncQuota, we provide outbound sales support for SaaS companies. We place plug-and-play appointment setters who generate qualified, sales ready meetings directly into our clients’ calendars. We solve two key problems for SaaS companies. 1. The lack of consistent pipeline and 2. the time and cost of building an in-house SDR team. We help SaaS teams grow faster without burning budget on leads that go nowhere.

What is the most challenging aspect of running a business / working freelance?

The first challenging part is staying focused on what truly moves the needle. It’s easy to get pulled into noise, but the real work is in consistently delivering value, leading your team, and keeping your eye on long term outcomes, even when things get messy. The second hardest part is saying no. As a founder, opportunities, opinions, and distractions come at you from every angle. But real growth comes from ruthless prioritisation. Focusing the team, and the process on what actually drives results is the key.

How do you stay inspired and motivated to run your business / work freelance?

I’m a disciplined individual, that’s the foundation. Motivation comes and goes, but discipline is what keeps things moving. I build systems, routines, and expectations around consistency. It’s not about waiting to feel inspired or motivated, it’s about showing up and executing, every day.

What one piece of advice would you share with other members on how to overcome business setbacks?

Treat setbacks as part of the process, not the exception. Every business hits walls but it’s how you respond that counts. Assess the situation, learn from it, adjust your course, and move forward without losing momentum. Progress doesn’t come from getting everything right the first time, it comes from showing up, solving problems, and staying in motion. Momentum beats perfection every time. The businesses that win aren’t the ones that avoid setbacks, they’re the ones that keep building, even when it’s messy. Stay focused, stay sharp, and keep going.

Share your hidden gem about Dublin

Hidden gem in Dublin? For me, it’s not a place. It’s the people. I see gems in people. And to me, the only real gem in anyone is discipline, and that applies whether you’re in Dublin, Dubai, or the middle of nowhere. Discipline is the foundation of anything worth building, but it’s the human capital, the driven, sharpminded Irish talent that truly sets this city apart. You can have all the tools, all the funding, and all the ambition in the world, but without the right people beside you, none of it scales.
